The ruched neckline is adorned with a white pearl trim. The attached skirt detail is made from a layer of white net beneath a petal peplum of matching stretch velvet with a pearl trim. The white petals are overlayed with floral embroidered silver organza with holographic foil spot detail. The bodice has elastic loops on the inside for attaching a skirt or tutu.
