Delivery/Postage

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) between order placement and despatch of your order.

Orders placed before 3pm where next business day delivery has been selected will be despatched on the same day, or the next working day when the order falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday.

Orders are not despatched or delivered on UK Public holidays.

Orders up to €150 (exc. Tax) will incur normal sales tax, with zero import duty or fees to pay.  This is the quickest and most cost-effective way to buy from Dance Direct – the same low product prices wherever you live in Europe. 

Orders over €150 (exc. Tax) will have an extra amount added at the checkout.  This covers shipping, customs duty, fees and all associated taxes.  Your order will then be shipped via DHL Express’ premium DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service and there will be no additional costs to pay locally.  This gives you total peace of mind and transparency.      

Please note in the unlikely event that local taxes are imposed, DHL or Dance Direct cannot be held liable.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities which may cause delay. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return from the refund of the returned goods.
