UK Returns
We are pleased to offer a no quibble 28 day returns guarantee for any reason for a refund. Simply print off the returns paperwork (downloaded a copy here) and fill in the paperwork with the necessary details and send the items back to us. Parcels being returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked on the box as ‘Goods being returned to the UK’. From the 1st January 2021 this also includes EU countries. Any customs charges incurred by Dance Direct due to a parcel not being clearly marked will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the corresponding credit.
For our UK based customers we have a free returns option available to you. Simply follow the instructions below:
Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original packaging & be fit for re-sale.
- Simply download a copy of the returns form here. Complete the form and send it along with your item(s).
- If you are in the UK, follow this link to generate your free Royal Mail returns label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/
- You can either print the label and attach it to your parcel, or take the parcel to your local Post Office along with the downloaded pdf, for posting.
- Your return will be processed within 14 days.

Please be aware that the platter tutu COTU0055, REVTHPL001 and REVTHPL002 are excluded from free returns due to the dimensions.
International Returns
Parcels returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked on the box as "Goods being returned to the UK".
From 1 January 2021, this also includes EU countries. Any customs fees incurred by Dance Direct due to a package not being clearly identified will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the corresponding credit.
Please contact your local customs authority to claim a refund of any customs fees paid if you are returning items for a refund.

All our garments must be checked before use, with the understanding that we do not accept returns of worn garments, unless a defect has become apparent quickly after initial wear.
Information to provide for returns:
You can return eligible items for a refund within 45 days.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the package.
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your package and return ensuring your account details/order details are clearly visible.
All returned items, unless defective, must be in resalable condition, including garment bags, packaging, and accessories. Please note: any garments received that have names written in the labels or have stickers on the carriers will not be accepted for return.
We advise all customers to return items with tracked delivery and obtain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Items eligible for returns:
Unwanted products in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and unmarked/unlabelled original packaging.
Tights, underwear and foot accessories in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
CDs and DVDs in their original sealed packaging.
Not eligible for return:
Any product that is returned with writing in the label, on the carrier or has had stickers attached to the carrier.
Non-regular stock items such as items being delivered from a third-party partner and made-to-order or custom items.
Hats, wigs, hair accessories, masks, and foot accessories.
Underwear with the hygiene sticker not intact or labels removed. This includes bras, bra straps, briefs, body tights, undergarments/liners, dance supports/dance belts, socks.
Toiletries including makeup and brushes that are unsealed after delivery.
Items without accessories included.
Worn or washed items. This is due to hygiene reasons.
Items returned outside of our 45 days returns policy.
Please note that returned items may take up to 14 days to process once we receive them.
Incorrect and defective items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning the item.
Please email us photos of the item you received in error or the faulty item to hello@dancedirect.com along with your account reference, order number and the incorrect or faulty item code. We will then arrange for replacements to be sent to you and advise you on how to proceed with the incorrect or faulty item.
